2014 Cabernet Sauvignon
Bright purple/red with dark core. Bright and ripe Cabernet fruit aromas with some fine oak background. Medium to fuller bodied and complex at the first instance, with fine layers of oak overlaying sweet ripe and soft Cabernet fruits. This wine has persistent fine tannins and savoury fruit sweetness to resolve the finish. Will reward those who cellar.
A year in Margaret River for fine rich balanced reds. Warm during the growing season finished reds off with generous forward fruit and soft appealing structures.
Our own northern Margaret River vineyards that deliver rich and vibrant varietal flavours.
Selectively harvested and fermented at moderate temperatures. Plunged daily and run off to finish ferment with oak. Matured in a blend of oak and stainless steel rotation.
