2022 Rosabrook "Pas Touche" Unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes

WINEMAKER’S NOTE: A lifted perfumed, light bodied style of the classic Margaret River Cab Sauv. Lovely red fruit, floral notes with hints of dried herbs on the nose. On the palate, the wine is light on its feet, pretty and elegant with fine powdery tannins giving length and texture.

VINTAGE: A wet Spring followed by dry and warm summer made for early ripening, good flavour profile, intensity and structure in red varieties.

VINEYARDS: Fruit for this wine was select harvested from our small estate vineyard of the Rosabrook property.

VINIFICATION: Selective harvest whole berry pick, open fermenter partial carbonic fermentation, natural ferment, matured 6 months in seasoned French oak barriques. Unfined, unfiltered and vegan.
