2023 Rosabrook "Pas Touche" Unfiltered Pinot Gris

Tasting Notes

WINEMAKER’S NOTE: A rich, complex and textured style of Margaret River Pinot Gris. Enticing aromas of spiced pear combine with flavours of fresh fruits wrapped in creamy nutty notes, culminating in a smooth and rounded mouthfeel and a long, crisp finish.   

VINTAGE: A wet Spring followed by dry and mild summer made for long ripening enabling good flavour development in white varietals while retaining fresh natural acid.

VINEYARDS: Fruit for this wine was select harvested from our small estate vineyard of the Rosabrook property. 

VINIFICATION: Hand-picked, semi-carbonic maceration, whole bunch pressed to barrel fr natural ferment. On lees in seasoned French oak barriques for 9 months. Unfined, unfiltered and vegan.
