2017 Bramble Lane Chardonnay

Tasting Notes

WINEMAKER’S NOTE: Pale straw with some green. Fresh Chardonnay fruit with subtle oak aromas lift out from the glass. The palate is soft, creamy and refreshing with melon and peach fruit, finishing fresh and crisp.

VINTAGE: A very cool and late vintage and a benchmark for whites from the region.

VINIFICATION: Grapes were night harvested and the cold juice fermented in steel. The wine was oak matured, lightly fined, then clarified and bottled early to conserve the fine Chardonnay fruit flavours into the bottle.
